About ReelSaga

ReelSaga is a complete kit for launching a short drama platform: vertical episodes that viewers swipe through, unlock with coins or VIP, and binge in minutes. You get a Flutter app for iOS and Android, a website, a Creator Studio where production companies upload their series, an admin panel, and the server that runs them all.

What is inside

  • Flutter app (iOS and Android): home with banners and rails, a swipe-up For You feed, full-screen player, series pages and episode grids, My List, history, downloads, subtitles, light and dark themes, English and Spanish.
  • Interactive episodes: viewers vote on how the story continues and can unlock the other ending later.
  • Money: coin unlocks with bundle discounts, daily check-in, rewarded ads, VIP subscriptions through in-app purchases, and Google AdMob ads controlled from the admin and hidden for VIP members.
  • Website (Next.js): landing page, browse, rankings, series pages and a web player, with coin packs and VIP sold through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay or Flutterwave.
  • Creator Studio: upload episodes, which the server turns into streaming (HLS) video; set prices, schedule releases, add subtitles (manual or AI) and request payouts.
  • Admin panel: revenue dashboard, series and moderation, users, coin packs and VIP plans, push campaigns, ads, staff roles and a Setup page that tests every key.

Built to be easy to own

  • One Docker command brings up the website, worker, PostgreSQL database and file storage, with migrations and sample data on first start.
  • One command renames the apps, app ids, colours and icon.
  • Step-by-step documentation in HTML and PDF explains every key.

Requirements

A Linux server (2 CPU, 4 GB RAM) with Docker and a domain name; Flutter 3.44 or newer with Android Studio; a Mac with Xcode for iOS builds; a free Firebase project for sign-in and push. Optional: RevenueCat, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Google AdMob, OpenAI or Google Gemini, and any SMTP email provider. These services have their own accounts and fees.

On the live demo, purchases run in demo mode, the admin cannot save changes, ads are Google test ads, and the videos are short placeholder clips.

Questions about ReelSaga

In the apps, coin packs and VIP are sold as in-app purchases through RevenueCat. On the website, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay and Flutterwave are built in behind one interface, each switched on when you add its keys.

In S3-compatible storage. The Docker stack includes MinIO so it works out of the box; you can point it at AWS S3 or Cloudflare R2 instead. The worker converts uploads to HLS streaming video.

Yes. You get the Flutter apps, the Next.js website, admin panel and API, the database schema and migrations, the Docker setup and the documentation. You run it on your own server, your own database and your own Firebase project.

Yes. Every outside service has a working default, so the whole product runs on first start with sample data. Payments run in a clearly labelled demo mode until you add your own keys, and a Setup page in the admin shows which keys are still missing.

Yes, as a paid service. We rebrand the apps with your name, colours and icon, set up your server and Firebase project, and submit the apps under your own developer accounts. See the Flutter app customisation service.
