The challenge
Short drama apps need a lot more than a video player: coins and VIP, ads, creator uploads, video conversion, payouts and moderation. Buyers of app kits also need it to install on their own servers without our accounts or keys inside.

What we built
We designed and built every surface: a Flutter app for iOS and Android with a For You feed and choose-the-ending episodes, a Next.js website with web checkout, a Creator Studio whose uploads are converted to streaming video by a worker, and an admin panel. Every outside service sits behind one interface with a working default, so the kit runs with sample data before any key is added, and a release check scans the final zip for any of our keys or server names.
