Appliance Repair Website and Job Tracker
A small fixed-price project that turned the owner's prototype design into a production website, followed by a hosting plan and a job tracking system for repairs.

The challenge
The owner had designed a website in an AI prototyping tool, but a prototype is not a business website: it needed real code, hosting, a domain and someone to keep it running. Repair jobs were also tracked by hand, so customers had to call to ask about their repair.

What we built
We rebuilt the design as production code, launched it and connected the owner's domain, with the contact form sending enquiries to an address we set up. A yearly hosting and maintenance plan covers updates, security and fixes, and the owner has full access to the source code on GitHub. The next phase is a job tracking system: job status steps from Received to Repair In Progress and beyond, a 'Track My Repair' page and an email to the customer at each step, a connection to the shop's existing online form, and job-to-invoice.
