The challenge
Distribution teams send merchandisers to many stores every week. Managers need to know that each visit happened, what was on the shelf, what prices competitors charged and what needs fixing, and paper forms or chat messages do not give them that.

What we built
Merchandiser gives each role its own area. Merchandisers check in and out of stores with GPS, complete task templates, record product availability, shelf facings and stock counts, take photos and log store issues. Sales reps capture store locations and availability. Admins manage stores, products, recurring visit schedules and price surveys with price history, and export reports. A super-admin area manages companies, platform users and backups. It installs as an app on phones and keeps working through weak signal.
